Position Summary
As a File Room Clerk at MBAF, you will be responsible for preparing outgoing mail to be sent out and traveling between our Miami and Coral Gables offices to deliver mail and packages as needed.
Responsibilities
• Prepare outgoing mail to be sent out.
• Prepare the report(s) and transmittal(s) for the certified mail receipt system.
• Pick up and drop off mail at post office when needed.
• Stock the kitchens and conference room(s) with sodas, water, coffee, etc.
• Stock supplies in the closet where we keep them.
• Set up any conference room for meeting(s), lunches and prepare the office as needed for any night event.
• Run company errands.
• Move furniture around the office as required.
• Distribute incoming mail or packages throughout the office.
Qualifications and Requirements
• High school diploma required
• Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
