Under general direction, leads the delivery of a small, departmental project. Conducts research and analysis to build business cases (including quantifying cost and benefits, identifying risks and mitigation strategies) and develops formal recommendations for presentation to management. Works with cross‐department stakeholders to identify and propose solutions to business issues and lays out plans to implement those solutions. Develops detailed project schedules and gains buy‐in from stakeholders. Develops status updates for management. May lead discrete work streams within a project. Leads efforts to develop new or revised processes/procedures for the assigned business areas.
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 6-8 years of experience in the insurance industry. Has broad understanding of project planning & execution methodologies. Has excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to facilitates meetings and communicate results to project team and management. Ability to present to a group of peers and immediate management and play a supporting role on presentation to higher levels of management. Able to foster working relationships within t
