FIRST is seeking a Marketing Administrator to add to our Marketing team.
The Marketing Administrator is responsible for tradeshow and event planning/coordination, along with various administrative duties that support general marketing efforts.
Daily duties/responsibilities include:
• Administers and distributes Marketing inbox
• Primary contact for agent name, address, and contact changes within FIRST InSite
• Primary contact for FIRST InSite passwords and logins which includes retrieving passwords, unlocking users, creating logins, and resetting passwords
• Provides sales support for 3rd Party Programs
• Tracks Marketing promotional items
• Coordinates tradeshows and event planning/coordinating with assistance from AVP of Marketing and various team members as admin requires.
• Monitors annual trade show calendar
• Plan scope of company participation in events and conferences
• Coordinate event details with attendees, facilities and vendors
• Review event bills and approve payments
• Prepares shipments of event related materials
• Prepares proposals and presentations
• Contribute to communications strategy include pre- and post-show initiatives across multiple channels including advertising, direct mail, email marketing and social media
• Monitor ROI for event expenses and investment
• Assist with Collateral material
◦ Gather feedback and suggestions for revised collateral material
◦ Maintain inventory and ordering
◦ Review competitive materials and recommend improvements
• Assist with Website
◦ Gather key stakeholder feedback and suggestions for new site and functionality
◦ Monitor website for regular changes
◦ Review competitive site and recommend improvements
Additionally, the Marketing Administrator may assist with:
• Projects as assigned by the AVP of Sales & Marketing, and/or Marketing Communications Manager, and/or EVP of Sales and Marketing.
• Coordinating projects with Wintrust Marketing.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be able to prioritize and re-prioritize various tasks by importance as well as urgency; will develop strong relationships through regular and consistent communication with FIRST Relationship Managers, Regional Sales Managers, and Marketing team members; will engage and participate in bi-monthly team meetings.
Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Demonstrated marketing interest a plus.
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, Associate's required.
