Under the direction of the Payments Delivery Manager, this position is responsible for optimizing the operations area within the payments business. Through interaction with internal and external partners, support the implementation of payments initiatives and enhance the daily performance of payments delivery systems and processes. Provide payments delivery system support for internal customers. Support business line projects in cross-functional initiatives. Make recommendations on system enhancements by researching options, assisting with testing and presenting findings to supervisor to ensure an accurate, controlled, consistent, and efficient operating system.

Operates in full compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as applicable regulations and laws, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering requirements. Responsible to report any procedure or process that doesn’t meet regulatory requirements including fraud, whether suspected or confirmed, to management. This reporting can be done directly to any member of management, including Human Resources or Corporate Security, or can be reported through Associated’s anonymous Ethics Hotline.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
Lead segments of business line projects and provide reporting results and recommendations to management. Responsible for daily interactions with external and internal partners.
Secondary escalation point as subject matter expert for Payments Delivery service and operations research and support for internal customers.
Develop and implement new payments delivery solutions and enhancements including leading testing and research processes.
Provide technical expertise on front line payments delivery systems for internal and external customers.
Responsible for report creation and ad hoc analysis such as SLA review, ATM uptime, and volume tracking.
Oversee regularly scheduled processes and programs to include perform invoice reconcilitation, expense analysis, quarterly ATM assessments, and system access controls.
Complete quarterly ATM assessments and oversee system and vendor website access.
Manage scheduling of maintenance to payments delivery hardware/software such as service bureau implementations, bi-annual ATM cleaning, instant issue printer cleaning.
Oversee inventory supply management for payments delivery consumables including plastics, inserts, instant issue consumables.
Collaborate across teams to recommend and implement updates to payments solutions including marketing messages, terms and conditions, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Business or related field Required
