Job Description Summary:
Provides guidance and leadership as the Front Desk Supervisor ensuring consistent quality customer service is delivered. Assist the Front Office Manager and Assistant Office Manager in managing all aspects of front office, guest services, PBX and gift shop operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and adhering to all company standards, policies and procedures.
