Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for independently working with prior client information and data in order to successfully build the plan and all records relating to a client transitioning their Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) to Principal. This will include building all records efficiently, reviewing all prior plan information and data, building the records and plan on all systems, identifying any issues with the prior data for resolution involving the Transition Manager and client, as well as working through potentially the first year administration process.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 4+ years of work experience required.
• Pension recordkeeping knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of ESOPs preferred.
• Must have an excellent working knowledge of computer applications including key Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Outlook.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical, math, negotiation, and decision-making skills required.
• Excellent time management, planning and organizational, and oral and written communication skills required.
• Must be a self-starter who can work independently with all job levels.
• Must be very detail oriented, and have strong attention to accuracy.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
