Business Leader Strategy Process
As the Business Leader of Strategy Process, reporting to Progressive’s Chief Strategy Officer, you’ll be responsible for identifying trends and developing new business ideas across the enterprise while leading our Strategy Trends & Ideas team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Identify emerging trends that will impact Progressive
• Develop and manage the process of monitoring and reporting Enterprise wide trends as well as trends that are monitored by individual business units
• Synthesize trends into scenarios that can be used for discussion and planning
• Develop and manage scenario modeling to provide different future modeled outcomes
• Develop and manage annual enterprise-wide organizational strategy plans
• Develop and manage ideation process to identify ideas and define areas of investment
• Evening/Weekend hours may be required
• Frequent travel
Must have qualifications
• Master's degree in Finance or related field of study (i.e., Finance, Economics, Marketing) or an MBA and a minimum of 8 years of Strategy Development experience with a minimum of 7 of those years in a leadership role
• In lieu of a Master’s degree, a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field of study (i.e., Finance, Economics, Marketing) and a minimum of 10 years of Strategy Development experience with a minimum of 7 of those years in a leadership role
