The IT Security Manager within the Corporate Security and Resilience (CS&R) Identity and Access Management (IAM) team leads comprehensive collaboration, development, design and implementation of enterprise IAM program related to non-human IDs.
The IT Security Manager will implement our next generation Identity and Access Management program and guide and plan for program success from inception through maturity. The manager will lead stakeholder coordination; coordinating directly with functional processes and data owners to understand and incorporate multiple functions and user perspectives into the program and plan for successful user acceptance testing and rollout solutions that meet end user needs and corporate objectives. The manager will collaborate and coordinate with other IT leaders, project managers, technologists, and support staff to ensure the program and its associated projects are planned for successful transition to business as usual / support. The manager will work to improve the maturity of the management processes and toolsets for enhanced collaboration across the enterprise. The manager is responsible for working with stakeholders to achieve consensus and execute stakeholders' vision within established governance frameworks.
Responsibilities include:
• Serving as the non-human ID expert in IAM.
• Managing projects from inception to successful completion; leading the orderly progression of projects from the proposal stage through project completion by interacting with administrators, IT staff, business lines, and IAM teams.
• Advising on and communicating about IAM security risks and solutions to business partners and IT staff as needed.
• Researching, designing and advocating new IAM technologies, architectures, and security products that will support security requirements.
• Coordinating with stakeholders and technologists to define agreed upon project scope, outcomes, requirements, schedule, and resources; developing actionable program plans and program artifacts; identifying, managing and escalating, as appropriate, program risks, issues and roadblocks to timely delivery.
• Leading change, acting as change agent while using skills and expertise to inspire a shared purpose of intent, driving program awareness, communications, documentation and training, while ensuring effective transition into operations.
• Developing and implementing program communications framework to ensure well-informed stakeholders, end-users and technical staff.
• Organizing and leading meetings to coordinate for program success.
• Liaising with stakeholders and vendors to lead discovery of both technical and non-technical solutions to meet requirements.
• Contributing to the development and maintenance of information security strategy and architecture.
• Analyzing business impact and exposure based on emerging security threats, vulnerabilities, and risks.
Qualifications
Experience and Skills:
• Minimum of 5 years of current experience in Identity and Access Management or Information Security with a solid understanding of the requirements and goals of access management as a regulatory and security issue.
• Experience managing projects and deliverables in a fast-paced regulatory environment
• Demonstrated ability to train individuals and teams
• Strong analytical, time management and planning skills; accountability for all assigned tasks
• Sense of urgency to respond to requests with strict deadlines
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with external and internal business partners; ability to ask questions and probe to gain full understanding of requirements and influence decision making
• Self-thinker able to work through issues and propose solutions for the team, escalating when appropriate
Education:
• BA/BS in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
• CISSP, CREA, CEH, CPT, CEPT, CWAPT or other relevant security certifications and knowledge of ISO and NIST security standards preferred

Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday
