Description
The Collections Recovery Senior Specialist performs account transaction functions for repossession, sales tracking, invoicing and repossession vendor support. Analyzes and makes recommendations to improve productivity while maintaining established goals and researches and resolves operational issues.
• Timely review of all assigned accounts to maximize recovery of principal and fees, including follow up on internal processes and escalation of issues.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast paced work environment
• Maintaining compliance with all banking requirements
• Candidates must possess, excellent verbal/written, time management and interpersonal skills. The candidate must be goal driven with a desire to productivity goals; including meeting day to day business needs, with advanced problem solving skills/ability to negotiate through difficult situations
Qualifications
Experience and Skills
• 1+ Year of Customer Service Experience/Collections experience
• Excellent phone communication, listening and negotiation skills
• Able to prioritize and manage daily workload
• Proven ability working in a team atmosphere; in a fast paced, fun environment
• Computer proficiency and acumen
• Self motivated attitude with a desire to succeed
Hours & Work Schedule
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm.
