Job TitleTraining Specialist
What does a great Training Specialist do?
As a Fiserv Training Specialist, you'll facilitate Nautilus Certification Instructor-led training classes and provide design, development and delivery of custom curriculum to clients. This position is with our Financial & Risk Management (FRMS) division and on the ECM Professional Services Training team.
In this position, you can look forward to:
• Delivering a highly professional traditional classroom training and virtual classroom for Fiserv’s branded Nautilus product (Hyland OnBase).
• Analyzing client learning needs and designing custom training agendas for on client site training events.
• Facilitating Nautilus training for internal Fiserv associates.
• Developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with internal SME's to understand product training or education requirements.
• Designing, developing, and delivering product training programs for external clients incorporating adult learning principles in all materials and activities.
• Assisting with updating training guides and resources with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Recommending process improvements, learning solutions, variations from current materials and procedures by analyzing, and summarizing trends and patterns.
• Building mutually beneficial relationships with Project Managers, Customer Support resources, Implementation Consultants, Instructional Designers and Training Specialists, SME's and others in the business.

Basic qualifications for consideration:
• Minimum 3 years of experience with ECM (Enterprise Content Management) technology and terminology
• Minimum 3 years of Hyland Software/OnBase or Fiserv’s Nautilus product
• Expertise in facilitation and professional training
• Client facing experience
• Proficiency using online collaborative distance learning tools (i.e. virtual classrooms)
• Ability to travel up to 60%, based on customer and business need
Preferred qualifications for consideration:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or technical discipline
• 5 years technical training experience
• Certified in Training & Development, facilitation skills, adult learning, or Instructional Design
• Hyland OnBase certification such as Installer, WorkView, Workflow and OnBase APIs
• Nautilus Administrator Certification
• Experience in the financial services industry
• eLearning Instructional design experience with Adobe Presenter, Captivate, Camtasia, etc.
