Job Description
Everest Global Services, Inc. a member of the Everest Re Group, Ltd., has an opportunity available for an Executive Assistant to support our Chief Information Officer. This position is located at our headquarters in our Liberty Corner, New Jersey.
Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant include but are not limited to:
• Plans, coordinates and ensures the CIO’s schedule is followed and respected. Acts as a "gatekeeper" in screening calls.
• Draft correspondence with superb attention to detail
• Book all domestic and international travel when needed
• Process expenses and invoices
• Coordinate all internal and external meetings from conception to completion
• Manage project deadlines and presentations
• Facilitate visits from vendors, customers and key executives
• Performs special projects as assigned by the Executive
Qualifications for the Executive Assistant:
• Five (5) plus years of proven Executive Assistant experience; minimum 2 years supporting a C-level (or similar) executives.
• Ability to multi-task, proactively identify requirements, and see them through to fulfillment.
• Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks with little or no supervision.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, Windows Operating System and Concur expense system.
• Outstanding communication skills (written, verbal, listening, and presenting).
• Exceptional organizational skills; extensive experience setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and following up on assignments with minimum direction.
• Time management skills in order to work in a fast paced, multi-task environment.
• Ability to work well with all levels of internal management.
• Must take ownership and be committed to delivering excellence.
