Job Title: Vendor Management Coordinator, Strategic Sourcing – Virtual – Richmond/McLean Preferred
Position Summary:
• Directly support the Supplier Risk and Compliance Program Lead in developing, implementing and managing the Supplier Risk and Compliance Program
• Develop relationships with suppliers and key internal account representatives to support program goals and objectives.
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders to execute initiatives, as it relates to Supply Chain Management and the Supplier Risk and Compliance Program.
Areas of Responsibility:
Directly support the Supplier Risk and Compliance Lead in executing the management of the Supplier Risk and Compliance program. Responsibilities, including, but not limited to:
• Demonstrate strong collaboration and teamwork with Supply Chain Management team.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Suppliers to ensure participation in and compliance with Supplier Risk and Compliance Program requirements.
• Assist in building transparency of compliance and key risks related to suppliers by participating in the reporting of results and opportunities.
• Conduct regular analysis to identify opportunities for improved operation and to drive program efficacy.
• Assist Supply Chain Management team conduct Supplier Performance Review meetings in accordance with Supplier Risk and Compliance Program guidelines.
• Maintain regular communications with operations team to provide detailed instruction and continuous follow-up to support the Supplier Risk and Compliance Program.
• Establish relationship with Corporate Supply Chain Management and Procurement team ensure JLL Corporate and on account Risk and Compliance programs are aligned.
Qualifications:
• Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS applications - Strong in Microsoft excel, Word & PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong Inter-personal skills with the ability to interact with internal and external Stakeholders.
• Ability to maintain professionalism under stressful situations.
• Ability to multi-task and effectively organize responsibilities to achieve portfolio goals and objectives.
• Motivated to grow and perform in a high-performance organization.
• Proactive and takes initiative
Working Environment:
• Looking for an individual with strong organizational and time management skills with the proven ability to deliver results in challenging environments.
Minimum Required Education:
• High school diploma required, Associates Degree or equivalent work experience in supply chain or vendor management preferred.
• Minimum of two years experience in an administrative support role or related area.
