Program Management Skills Required
• Ability to manage a portfolio of projects focused on the implementation of Real Estate and Facillity Management engagements including leading multi-functional teams, strategic advisement, technical development and client support services
• Ability to partner with the business and technology leadership team to manage the portfolio of initiatives
• Maintain outstanding relationships with vendors and customers to understand requirements
and monitor in relation to cost, quality, and schedules
• Provide in depth functional subject matter expertise and ability to direct clients through decision making processes for all areas of technology deployment.
• Responsible for global staff and project management for client CRE Technology Program’s
• Six sigma and PMI training / experience is preferred
• Provides insight, financial stewardship, resource management and strategic council on real estate and technology decisions for client technology programs
• Ability to identify, manage and resolve all program issues
• Ability to identify program stakeholders, business needs and current pain points and map that to a strategic technology roadmap
• Ability to manage multiple projects and programs
• Ability to identify cross project dependencies and intersections
• Ensuring project goals align and don’t over-lap or conflict with each other
• Ability to identify and address overall program gaps
• Defining the connection points across individual projects.
• Define efficiencies that can be leveraged across projects
• Plan, control and execute on individual projects
• Manage and control resources, budgets, time-lines
• Ensure issues and risks are addressed for successful completion
• Establish project controls through the use of a common toolset/deliverables/processes/methodologies
• Ensure continuous and cross-department cooperation
• Act as a facilitator
Client Account Management and Strategic Skills Required
• Overall understanding of Corporate Real Estate business acumen
• Account management and / or executive interaction experience
• Ensure all efforts are in strategic alignment with the technology roadmap and business goals
• Maintain and improve client relationships by ensuring their needs and expectations are exceeded
• Ability to understand and deliver business outcomes
• Ability to provide real estate and technology best practice insights
• Ability to immerse in the client’s technology roadmap, processes and business goals balancing each to achieve an optimal result
• Ability to prioritize efforts in relationship to value to achieving the business goals
• Ability to assess the business value and risk of each program / project
• Ability to assess and reset the program priorities as business or industry priorities change
• Translating the strategic roadmap into a series of connected Programs
• Defining and addressing strategic gaps between the business goals and the portfolio of programs and projects
• Drive organizational readiness (Change Management)
• Leverage data and metrics to provide client and JLL success.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to convey thoughts and ideas in a clear and concise manner.
• 'Broad understanding of Facilities, Real Estate and Asset Management industry and practices in Space Management, Corporate Real Estate, Operations and Management and Asset Management including inventory and move management.
• Basic understanding of enterprise software.
• Basic understanding of development and programming best practices.
• Broad understanding of FM/CRE/IWMS/CAFM systems.
