Description
The Loan Operations Senior Processor analyzes consumer mortgage subordination and partial release requests to determine if the requests meet current loan policy. Ensures compliance with established bank policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements. Documents decisions with particular diligence given to credit decisions. The Senior Processor assists with all collateral lien release and lien perfection tasks for various types of collateral including real estate, vehicle titles, UCC filings, stock certificates and saving/CD accounts. Assists with team lead responsibilities and demonstrates high standards for quality, quantity and a high concentration level for protecting the loan assets of the bank. This position will support the Collateral Release and Perfection Team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
30% Productivity: Meets productivity goals within established time frames (measured by Service Level Agreements). Meets our strategic goal of reduction in expenses YOY.
30% Service Quality: Delivers on our service promise in Loan Ops (measured by Service Level Agreements, customer feedback, error reports)
20% Risk Management: Quality and accuracy (measured by PEM or various auditors). Ensuring sound risk management and internal controls are met

Areas of responsibility include:
• Processes consumer mortgage subordination requests
• Processes consumer partial release requests
• Renders credit decisions based upon bank policies, procedures and guidelines
• Processes Consumer and Commercial Integrity Reports
• Assists with team lead responsibilities
• Processes various request from the Collateral group email box
• Assists with the Consumer and Commercial lien release tasks
• Assists with the Consumer and Commercial lien perfection tasks
• Assists with the UCC Continuation process
• Assists with the Insurance Renewal process
• Assists with onboarding and training new employees
• Assists with basic managerial tasks when the manager is not present
• Maintain compliance with policy and procedures
• Work with teammates to ensure that the entire team’s work is within SLA
• Work closely with other departments to ensure proper communication
• Responsible for procedure/system testing or assisting with procedure writing
• Responsible for all other duties as assigned
HOURS:
Monday - Friday; 8 AM - 5 PM
Requirements
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
High school diploma with at least 5 years of experience in lending or related field required. College degree with Loan - Consumer and/or Commercial experience, or experience working with or identifying loan documents preferred but not required.
Knowledge - General banking products or lending knowledge. General knowledge of the lien release and lien perfection process is preferred, but not required.
Skills – Strong written and verbal communications skills; Teamwork/Teambuilding skills; General office skills including: typing, filing (alphabetically and numerically), and applicable technology (ARX, ALS, FDR, Hogan, etc.); High attention to detail and concentrate on work in spite of distractions; Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook); Strong organizational and prioritization skills are needed

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with or without the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
