These solutions are used both to solve a variety of business problems and to create insightful and actionable information to support better business decision-making, for internal and external customers.
User Acceptance Testing Services-Together, we manage change risk by balancing agility and stability. Our team has developed an empowered organization of trusted advisors for the business that demonstrate our understanding of the customer's end-to-end process by delivering quality products and services quickly to the market. Our team implements tools that enable efficient testing and better test management.
Operational Services-Together, we manage the day to day operations of Freddie Mac’s purchase of mortgages from our customers. We collaborate and problem solve to ensure business processes and technology are well executed, well controlled, and provide a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
A Day in the life…
A typical day includes:
• Quick check-in with the team on meetings and action items for the day
• Facilitation of working sessions to understand customer needs
• Strategy sessions
• Stakeholder meeting to socialize and raise awareness
• Analysis of data and processes
• Engagement with people
• Research and analysis
A Successful candidate…
Will have proven knowledge of business principles, methodologies and tools, as well as design thinking techniques. Will have very strong influencing and problem-solving skills, as well as exceptional communications skills at all levels. Will enjoy engaging in all areas of the business and working with new teams as well as learning and trying new subjects, approaches and techniques. In addition, networking and connecting with people daily and building partnerships with multiple stakeholders while navigating complex, competing priorities are also essentials for this role.
Candidates must have…
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills
• Problem solving, analytical and root cause identification skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
• Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
• Minimum cumulative GPA 3.0
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
