Job Description
This position provides administrative support to our Equipment Leasing team - 8 employees on site and 6 remote sales officers.
Receives and screens incoming phone calls; reduces the amount of transfers by providing information and answering questions.
Handles the scanning of loan documents and updating and maintaining loan files.
Uses computer programs to compose memos and correspondence, some of which are of a non-routine nature.
Prepares routine reports with limited direction from supervisor.
Provides a variety of administrative support to the department with various projects/assignments.
Adheres to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policies.
Previous experience in commercial lending industry beneficial.
Job Requirements
High School diploma or equivalency required.
2-5 years relevant experience.
Prior experience working with loans/leases highly desirable.
Strong MS Office skills required, proficiency in spreadsheet and presentation programs preferred with the ability to learn additional programs as required.
Ability to type accurately.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are needed to interact with internal and external customers.
Strong command of English, including grammar, spelling and punctuation.
Ability to organize and prioritize work and attention to detail is required to perform responsibilities efficiently.
