BPM is seeking a Chief of Staff to report directly to the CEO to ensure smooth operations of the executive office.

Responsibilities
• Be a partner to the CEO and help leverage the CEOs time by performing various duties based on the shifting and growing needs of the CEO and the Firm
• Perform diverse, advanced support duties including: coordinate strategic business projects and guide them to completion; manage an active calendar of appointments; draft correspondence; coordinate travel arrangements; meeting/event planning and preparation; manage CEO’s time and expense reports; interact with all levels of the organization as well as internal and external clients; and manage confidential and sensitive information
• Act as an ambassador, ensuring the CEO is informed of upcoming events, commitments and responsibilities with appropriate and timely follow up
• Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow through to successful completion
• Manage time-sensitive deadlines related to key business initiatives, as directed by the CEO
• Create documents in support of meetings/conference calls, including presentations, reports, and proposals
• Attend team meetings and prepare agenda and meeting minutes as needed
• Provide support to the organization’s Chairman of the Board and help manage communications, arrange board meetings and dinners
• Work on other projects as needed for other Firm leaders, including our Corporate Services Team
Qualifications
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience providing advanced support to senior level executives in a corporate environment
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines and successfully managing processes and projects
• Expert level written and verbal skills, and strong attention to detail
• Proven organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly
• Full proficiency with MS Office Tools (i.e. PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
• Confidence in learning new technologies
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with various Firm leaders, as well as internal and external clients
• Use good judgment to prioritize workload and has the ability to see "big picture"
• High energy, strong work ethic, disciplined execution skills, willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver results
