Job Description
The Senior Manager Procurement Risk provides procurement risk leadership oversight services and advice to business lines.
Acts as a key leader related to 3rd party regulatory risk programs and/or act as SSG Risk Officer.
These positions assure the appropriate design, implementation and/or execution of (applicable components of) the TDBG risk management framework. Furthermore, these positions have the accountability and authority to identify and address or escalate issues which could prevent reasonable assurance that risks are understood and managed within the Bank’s risk appetite.
Job Requirements
. Considered a subject matter expert for new/emerging regulatory matters impacting SSG and work with SSG leadership team to
action responses
. Lead the regular review, revision and maintenance of SSG owned supplier risk related policies
. Oversee and manage SSG's annual Policy Compliance Attestation
. Act as lead in working with TD business lines to review and resolve 3rd party regulatory issues, including leading interactions with
regulators
. Play a key role in managing regulatory relationships with OSFI, OCC, FRB, CFPB and others, including meeting with regulators both
proactively and in response to specific issues
. Manage a team focused on managing the 3rd party risks, with a particular focus on regulatory risk matters
. Act as SSG's risk officer leading activities to ensure that SSG's risk as a business are actively managed and aligned to all related Bank
policies; Includes leading SSG leadership team through RCSA process as well as developing, implementing and overseeing programs
and risk action plans as needed
. Works with various regulators, business / corporate and pan-wide business support groups to deal with regulatory and cross-
business level issues
