Under general supervision, performs assigned daily operational support functions of the bank which may include Customer Account support for Branches, Lockbox Processing, Research & Adjustments, ACH/Wire processing, Legal claims, Collections, Cash Vault, Customer Statements, CTRs, Debit/ATM Cards & ATMs, Reg E, Document Imaging, Mail services and various related functions. Relies on procedures to perform assigned tasks and escalates unusual issues to supervisor for direction.
This position requires the following schedule:
Monday- 5 AM - 1 PM
Thursday- 6:00 AM - 12:30 PM
Friday- 6:00 AM - 12:30 PM
Saturday- 6:30 AM - 2:00 PM
*This role is required to work on holidays that fall on a Monday.
Essential Job Functions:
• Performs operational tasks as assigned by supervisor and dependent on department function.
• Provides information and statistics for tracking and reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including department volumes. Reports daily activity via production spreadsheets.
• Quickly communicates and escalates issues that impact department service level standards. Communicates equipment issues to and with vendors.
• Prepares correspondence for delivery to customers.
• Uses written procedures for all assigned functions. Performs quality control on team members' work.
• Complies with all related Federal, State and Industry laws and regulations pertaining to Banking.
• This position requires extensive or prolonged typing/keyboarding.
• This position is in a fast-paced, high volume environment with set production goals.
• This position may require frequent standing or walking for extended periods of time.
• This position requires Visual Acuity at 20 inches (or less) over 66% of the time.
This job posting is reflective of the Bank Operations Processor I essential functions, qualifications, and physical requirements. The Bank Operations Processor II or Senior levels have variable essential functions, qualifications and physical requirements. Competency and skill set will determine level of placement within the posted job family.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Ability to perform data entry and operate a 10 key calculator.
• Ability to appropriately apply work rules in a production environment meeting established standards and deadlines. Ability to perform high volume work that may be stressful at times.
• Have strong organizational skills and be detail-oriented.
• Possess sound judgement and decision-making ability.
• Previous banking experience and/or lockbox processing experience preferred.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
