Position:
Recruiting Assistant
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Recruiting Assistant to join our HR group. The assistant would report to the HR Manager in charge of campus recruitment for the NY office. Projects would include but would not be limited to helping with -
• Entry Level Recruitment
• Onboarding
• International Secondment processes
• Various administrative tasks as needed
Required Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration and/or Accounting
• 1-3 years working experience in a corporate environment, preferable a professional services firm (internship experience acceptable)
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft office programs including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Desired Skills:
• Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to multitask and prioritize
• Approachable, energetic, and friendly demeanor
• Experience with public speaking and presentations
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong customer services skills, enjoys working with others
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong follow-through skills
• Ability to travel with or without advance notice for recruitment and university functions, sometimes overnight
• Active driver’s license preferred
