Job Description
The main function of a Business Management Analyst III is to conduct regulatory/compliance control testing and support the documentation of Process Risk Controls Self-assessment (pRCSA) for the Financial Crimes and Fraud Management (FC&FMG) business processes and applicable regulations.
Job Requirements
-Plan testing engagement by gathering information, i.e. policies & procedures from business units and review them to gain understanding of the process from end to end
-Schedule walk-throughs with business stakeholders ; Document meeting minutes and walk-throughs; assess control design effectiveness
-Develop test scripts that will effectively identify control exceptions against risks and regulations
-Understand and apply sampling methodology in accordance with the QC standard and methodology
-Analyze and document test results, exceptions and remediation
-Track corrective action plan or remediation to completion
-Assist in pRCSA control mapping, risk and control identification, control assessments
-Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned
