The Investor Service Project Analyst is responsible for administering Investor Services Project Portfolio to define major accomplishments, primary products, functions, program demands, system applications, process flows, and opportunities for success in Investor Services’ Operations. Coordinates project activities and ensures all project phases are documented appropriately.
Essential functions for this role include:
• Act as liaison to other units within the Client Services Division. This includes identifying and writing communications necessary for the participants' transition and coordinating the Investor Services’ action plan with appropriate department
• Coordinates and ensures completion of Investor Services projects. Plans, sets deadlines, and monitors project completion
• Plan, coordinate and execute project plan for Reserves Program
• Assist managers in creating and maintaining high level reporting metrics and dashboard reporting to measure effectiveness of each project, return on investment and alignment
• Participates in meetings specifying business requirements, perform administrative and analytical tasks in support of Investor Services on enterprise level
• Manages and recruit volunteers for the ICMA-RC’s Reserves Program. Oversee and observe compliance and performance of Reserve call quality through systematic monitoring
• Other duties as needed
Requirements
If you have the following credentials, we encourage you to apply:
• BA/BS or equivalent experience. Business, Finance, M.I.S, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience; 3+ years related project management experience, preferably in financial services industry
• FINRA 6, 26 must be obtained; FINRA 63 preferred; PMP designation a plus
• Ability to communicate via business writing complex regulator/plan information and basic investment principles
• Strong business and project management, planning and organization skills including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
• Ability to think strategically, formulate plans and articulate recommendations
• Excellent writing, presentation and communications skills
• Ability to articulate big picture, strategic priorities
• Advanced MS Office Skills (Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Effective organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to coach/train peers
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and impacts outcomes and decisions
• Experience in call center or customer service environment, preferred.
• Knowledge of retirement products and regulator guideline and ICMA-RC product/services preferred
• Ability to recognize need and develop mechanisms for continuous improvements preferred
