We are currently seeking a Managing Director in Corporate Finance for our Deal Advisory practice.
Responsibilities:
• Assist organizations and their stakeholders with addressing issues that arise from underperformance, liquidity concerns, and insolvency
• Simultaneously manage multiple projects involving complex operational and financial problems
• Drive business development efforts
• Lead project teams in the identification of critical factors attributing to a corporation's operational and financial under-performance, as well as develop and implement plans to return the organization to profitability
• Help clients develop plans for communicating complex information, both quantitative and qualitative, to third-parties
Qualifications:
• Fifteen years of relevant advisory experience including mergers and acquisitions, sales and divestitures, buyouts; ten years of Capital Advisory experience
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Business, Finance or a similar discipline, as well as licensed FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, 79
• Excellent business development, financial, analytical, and accounting skills
• Strong verbal and written communication as well as presentation skills
• Client-focused, results-driven, and industry-savvy with strong connection to attorneys, lenders, and/or private equity firms
• Ability to travel at a moderate to extensive level
