Fitch Solutions is seeking an experienced campaign strategist to create and execute on inbound and outbound content-led marketing programs to expand our digital footprint, build brand awareness and generate leads. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing and delivering a campaign strategy, utilizing all applicable channels.
This role requires a creative mindset: create the programs that engage our audiences (according to the buyer’s journey), and then optimize the path to conversion. Reporting into the Marketing Director, the Marketing Manager will work with a network of marketing, product, solutions, and market development, and sales teams to articulate the value of and build interest in our solutions portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple high-profile marketing projects simultaneously. This key team member should have excellent interpersonal skills, and written communication skills, in order to be able to tell a customer-centric story that resonates with our core audiences. This role requires a high level of creativity (e.g. aesthetics/design/layout), attention to detail, and project management skills.
Key Role Responsibilities:
• Working with sales, market development and marketing teams design and execute solution-specific campaigns using SMART metrics. Identify and seek input from relevant stakeholders, analyze past marketing campaigns and historical sales data to recommend demand generation strategy, both global and local.
• Scan the market to ensure innovation in campaign design and delivery, new trends or issues. Deliver multi-channel demand generation campaigns for defined user personas that tell a ‘story’. Identify the content needed to execute on the campaign, work closely with the Content Marketing Manager. As required, devise a strategy for localizing content and identify the most effective ways to distribute content to the regional audience.
• Interpret and report on campaigns data (across all campaign channels) to measure performance and deliver against target KPIs with a keen eye on ROI. Demonstrate a “data-first” mentality to understand and identify areas for opportunities, improvement, and investment.
• Work closely with the marketing automation team to develop integrated marketing programs, including campaign goals, campaign narrative, messaging, call to action, and marketing distribution channels.
Basic Qualifications:
• Years of experience: 10+ years of marketing experience, of which 5+ years of experience in campaign management (from design to implementation)
• Experience in creating multi-stage, multi-asset, multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Experience with Marketing Automation (either Marketo or Hubspot)
• Copywriting skills appropriate for demand generation
• Experience in a B2B environment with data/data analytics products
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with CRM

• Financial services industry knowledge
