Profile Summary:
Candidate will initiate and/or follow up on sales calls; provide intermediaries with sales ideas, answer product questions, provide performance data, identify new sales opportunities, and help launch new products. Responsibilities include providing "external" wholesalers with telephone, administrative, and sales support.
Profile Description:
Provides one-on-one sales, product and practice management guidance and support. This includes all functional middle and-back office support for advisor offices. Proactively develops and maintain relationships with top advisors, external wholesalers and strategic partners. Actively participates in the supporting new recruit (advisors shops that are new to Voya) to ensure a smooth transition and continued growth.
Knowledge and Experience:
-Communicating benefits of products, platforms and solutions to all producers.
-Provides input into the development of new products and services.
-Provides on-going training for products, procedures, and programs.
-Act as liaison with home office, outside contractors, and vendors.
-Identifies follow-up activity for internal and external support staff
-Be actively engaged with top office management professionals.
-FINRA 6 or 7 and 63 preferred or must obtain within 6 months.
