Summary
We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our Regional Financial Office (RFO) in our Montvale, NJ location. This position will provide key administrative and licensing/contracting support to the Northeast Region. Responsibilities:
• Provide assigned administrative support for the Regional Financial Office
• Ordering of licensing materials for new financial representative (NFR) candidates; setting up onboarding calls, sending of licensing/contracting materials to candidates with expected deadlines
• Responds to information requests, and compose correspondence on a regular basis (often of a confidential nature)
• Supports other various projects, programs, and processing functions as needed
Job Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of administrative experience preferred
• College or two-year degree from business or vocational school preferred
• Demonstrated project management skills - success in managing, prioritizing, and organizing multiple projects at one time
• Proficient experience with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM Social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Salesforce or similar database preferred)
• Demonstrated sound decision-making skills
• Demonstrated ability to partner with key stakeholders across the region to achieve stated goals (influencing skills)
• Excellent communication skills, including oral, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
