Job Description:
Sr. Associate will be responsible for coordinating work streams of multiple production teams including marketers, content, design and digital. Individual will report to the campaign governance manager for direction of current process practices, tool and templates. Person will provide guidance for campaign CRM entry and meeting coordination as well as daily support for production work requests. Ensure governance compliance, high quality assurance and risk mitigation, as needed.
Typical requests are in support of both national and regional marketing activities and will also include business as usual (BAU) maintenance requests for web and print assets. Remote work option is available however, you must be available during U.S. standard business hours.
Responsibilities include:
• Ensure process procedures are being followed according to the campaign governance
• Support workflow approvals for campaigns in Microsoft Dynamics and coordination of related calls
• Receive, review and route all support ticket requests in a timely basis (within an hour)
• Host daily sprint calls to understand status; identify roadblocks and issues needing follow-up
• Correspond with key partners when additional information, response and approvals are needed
• Build a deep understanding of the campaign/project flow and monitor for inefficiencies
• Provide feedback to campaign governance manager and identify areas of improvement
• Provide customer service for process guidance and/or procedure questions
• Provide monthly usage reporting
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years of marketing or related experience; focus on project management, workflow procedures
• Demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service in a fast-paced and matrixed environment
• Demonstrated critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Strong attention to detail; drive to consistently improve processes based on experience
• Strong knowledge of a variety of marketing functional areas (digital, social, content, design, etc)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills; communicates well with internal teams as well as marketers; comfortable advising and coaching on process compliance.
• Demonstrated project management skills; knowledge of Agile methodologies a plus.
• Strong knowledge of O365 and MS applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with a CRM system (MS Dynamics).
