Here’s Where You Come In
We are currently seeking a Strategic Account Executive to join our growing Employee Benefits Insurance team. You’ll be leading the servicing of a book of business, making recommendations to improve coverage and focus on account retention, develop opportunities for new business, and negotiate terms, conditions and pricing directly with insurance carriers. Other tasks include comparing insurance plans and HUB services to determine suitability for additional opportunities, build successful professional and collaborative relationships with carrier reps, underwriters and business partners, make recommendations directly to key clients and maintaining accurate policy and insured info in our agency management system (Benefit Point).
You’re Great At
Ideally you’ll be well versed in customer service, with excellent verbal and written communications. You should also have at least 5 years insurance sales and service experience and if you have worked with Benefit Point before that is a plus. Working with Microsoft Office products is a daily occurrence and strong knowledge in these applications will help.
