Reporting to the VP, Sales Development Manager - The Private Bank, the Sales Development Specialist is responsible for a variety of sales development and support activities for the Wealth Market team members within The Private Bank, including banking, wealth planning, asset management, trust services and specialty assets. Major Responsibilities: Provide sales development and marketing support, for all Private Bank product and services, to The Private Bank Wealth Market team members, enabling them to discover additional business opportunities.
Major responsibilities:
• Preparing/coordinating & producing presentations, proposals, supporting marketing materials, client communication pieces, and formal RFPs.
• Adhere to all Bank compliance and marketing policies and procedures.
• Generate and maintain new business lead databases and lists.
• Support the sales reporting and tracking processes.
• Create/develop/update/distribute monthly and/or quarterly reports on production statistics, closing ratios, budget tracking etc. Information must be gathered from a variety of sources, compiled and reorganized into, clear and accurate format.
• Assist in the execution process to enhance The Private Bank client experience.
• Coordinating/planning offsite events conducted by the Wealth Markets Sales groups (to include various client presentations, client events, and regional meetings) and coordinating/executing on new client deliverables.
• Support the Marketing and Sales Development Manager in various duties as assigned, including special projects.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with sales development and marketing support.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong creative and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with a large volume of deadline related work.
• Advanced proficiency in all Microsoft programs: PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
• Adobe and adobe creative suite preferred.
• Knowledge of all products and services for the business line supported
• Knowledge of investment and asset management preferred
