Client Implementation Project Specialist
What does a great Client Implementation Project Specialist do?
As a Client Implementation Project Specialist (IPS) you will play a meaningful role in the delivery of our digital product solutions to our new and existing client base. You will be partnering with multiple teams within the organization and external clients in leading key activities to ensure the installation process is completed on time and in accordance with client requirements.
As a Client Implementation Project Specialist, you can look forward to:
• Being the primary project contact for clients and internal groups.
• Taking projects from creative concept through final implementation working with internal resources and external customers.
• Providing continuous project feedback and status updates to key partners.
• Developing project plans and related task lists as necessary, update plans accordingly.
• Working with clients to figure out parameter settings and key parameters into proprietary databases.
• Running multiple implementation tasks with other internal groups to ensure project completion.
• Cultivating client relationships and handling expectations with respect to live dates and other key timelines.
• Maintaining accurate and complete documentation and procedures identified throughout the project relating to new product/feature functionality.
• Providing occasional after hour support of client implementations.
• Working with project managers and project teams to ensure internal project audit points are handled and tracked.
• Crafting and maintaining consistent standards for project status reporting for internal and external purpose.
• Ensuring adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.

Basic qualifications for consideration:
• High-school diploma or GED
• 3+ years working with both internal and external clients
• Proficient computer skills including MS- Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel, OneNote and SharePoint).
• Ability to work provide after-hours support for client implementations
Preferred qualifications for consideration:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience working in the financial services industry
• Understands Digital Channels, online/mobile banking, and Electronic Payments products
• Experience running multiple projects at one time
