As Commerce Bank quickly establishes a reputation as the national healthcare financial services partner, the demand for creating, managing and promoting content through various integrated marketing channels continues to grow.
We are looking for a self-starter, go-getter type that can lead content marketing initiatives for our healthcare business brand. Your role is to help the healthcare business unit produce consistent content and media to be filtered into marketing programs and channels.
Responsibilities:
• Content audits and gap analysis
• Use pragmatic marketing principles to study customer journey, personas and healthcare industry insights
• Content concepting and mapping, and reuse strategy
• Maintain editorial calendar(s) using governance model(s) and corresponding documentation
• Work with healthcare business unit partners to develop a strategy for content marketing/development that aligns with strategic objectives
• Collaborate with Content, Channel and Enterprise Marketing team members to maintain innovation and coordination of content delivery
• Develop concepts for and/or write content for website, earned and paid media, brochures, video, ebooks, white papers, ads, etc.
• Manage relationships with internal and external partners to support content production
Work Hours: Monday-Friday (8:00am-5:00pm)
Required Skills & Experience:
• Research and leverage findings and data to design content recommendations
• Have a firm grasp on delivering effective content for target audiences at different points of the buying journey
• Understanding of different content formats and appropriate usage for personas
• Nurture and develop relationships with writers, experience designers, and creatives
• Create detailed deliverables to support content strategy and content governance initiatives
• Knowledge and understanding of channel marketing distribution including e-mail, PPC, SEO, social, COI, events, etc.
• Entrepreneurial spirit – willing to jump into anything and make things happen
Preferred:
• Experience in healthcare, financial services, and/or technical industries
• Experience in advertising agency, brand development, and/or product development
• Experience in journalism, editorial writing, and/or psychology
