The Role:
Handle dispute resolution of D&B Receivables. Provide insight, analysis and support to allow our global business partners to make strategic decisions to enable sales and revenue growth and enhance customer experience through modern channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the end to end process for resolving customer disputes and other requests related to the collection of accounts receivable
• Primary contact for sales team members within an assigned region to resolve billing, receivable or related service issues. In addition, work with Finance partners to recommend and process the final disposition of invoices in dispute.
• Proficiently use collection tools including Oracle Advanced Collections software to record customer account information
• Provide customer and sales support for the following processes: Invoice copies, document requests, cancellation request, tax exempt status, bankruptcy notifications, and other research requests.
• Responsible for inbound and outbound call activity related to collection disputes and inquiries as well as customer mail. Primary responsibility for Inbound call inquiries from external and internal customers.
Key Requirements:
• 1-2 years customer service/collection experience
• Problem solving skills in a financially oriented environment
• Proven oral and written communication skills
• High School diploma required, college degree preferred
