Job Description
Job Brief:
Monitor workflow and system performance for the Virtual Item Processing Department (VIP).
Partner with internal departments, peers, and clients to ensure that all departmental service level agreements are met.
Essential Job Function:
Monitor systems and workflow.
Assist with production tasks/issues as needed.
Maintain two-way communication with leaders, project and support partners outside of VIP.
Maintain current data and statistics for VIP reporting including volumes and problem tracking.
Resolves complex problems within established service level agreement.
Escalates issues to minimize negative client impact.
Partners with peers to effectively manage the process.
Document issues for communication to appropriate parties.
Follows up with others to ensure that commitments are met.
Represent VIP on projects.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
1-2 years Banking Operations or relevant experience.
Must be proficient utilizing a PC (Windows, MS Office, etc).
Proven track record of reliability, follow through and focus on excellent client service.
Ability to work 8:30 p.m. - 5:00 a.m. Monday - Friday.
Position can either be located in the office at 4910 Tiedeman Road Brooklyn, OH or potentially a remote position for someone located in Cincinnati, OH only.
