Summary of This Role
Manages and implements the organization's human resource strategy so that the organization attracts, manages, develops and retains the team members it needs to achieve its current and future business objectives. Provides leadership, guidance, counsel and training on areas including, but not limited to management practices, general employment practices, recruitment and staffing, organization design, compensation, team member development, team member relations, compliance, workers compensation, health and welfare benefits, HR Operations and payroll, and facilitates HR training. Collaborates with leaders to develop and implement HR plans and programs that are appropriate for their business needs and consistent with the organization's overall HR and business strategy. Evaluates the organization's future needs in order to recommend changes to the HR strategy and adapt new and existing HR programs to meet these needs. May manage other HR Services including payroll, benefits, and recruitment.
What Part Will You Play?
• Oversees, designs and executes human resource plans, programs, policies and practices that effectively support the delivery of enterprise, segment, and business unit vision and strategic direction. Drives and supports the achievement of the organization’s overall business objectives. Champions the organization’s culture by driving performance and goal attainment.
• Functions as a strategic advisor to the executive and senior leadership teams on key organizational, management, and people issues. Partners with talent acquisition, team member development, succession planning, compensation, and leadership development teams to create and deliver solutions to organizational challenges.
• Guides enterprise leaders, including enterprise human resources teams, to ensure efficient utilization of talent, creation of effective staffing models and alignment of cross-segment strategies.
• Mitigates employment risk through the leadership of human resource business partner teams. Influences executive leadership in the area of risk mitigation and consults with legal counsel.
• Utilizes change management principles to guide and oversee teams through organizational changes. Leads the assimilation of human resource processes and activities for mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures.

What Are We Looking For in This Role?
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree
• Relevant Experience or Degree in: related field of study from an accredited university is required; however, relevant experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
• Typically a minimum of 12 years
• related professional experience including a minimum of 8 years experience in a managerial position.
Preferred Qualifications
• Master's Degree
• related field of study from an accredited university.
• Prior TSYS, payment or technology industry experience is preferred.
