Responsibilities
• Coordinate, schedule, and help execute learning and development programs
• Event management for major management and executive development programs
• Configure, administer, and maintain online recordings, courses, quizzes, and learning paths on our Learning Management System (LMS).
• Maintain, update, and create content including presentations, recordings, knowledge checks, documentation, etc.
• Manage, develop, and maintain content on Kaufman Institute and corporate web site
• Work with managers and leadership for reporting and training metrics (survey feedback, completion, attendance, scores).
• Help review/proof new training content and collateral (presentations, documentation, job aides activities, etc.).
Qualifications
• 3 years’ experience in an education/training function
• MA/MBA degree in human resources, education, adult learning or organization development preferable
• Superior verbal and written skills
• Proven ability to attend to details
• Strong organizational capabilities
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
• Display creativity in finding solutions to client requests.

Kaufman Group located in Farmington Hills Michigan, is looking for an L&D Associate to help administer our LMS, coordinate events and programs, oversee reporting requirements, and contribute to the growth of content and programs offered by Kaufman Institute.
