POSITION SUMMARY:
To review all closed file documentation, review funding with Bank and investor. Prepare final QC review to ensure compliance with all Bank, regulatory and investor requirements. Ship completed closed loan files to appropriate investors. Manage and clear all investor deficiencies within investor deadlines. Deliver all quality control audit files to TENA (external audit control) accurately and in a timely manner. Act as back up closer as capacity dictates.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Review final loan documents and deliver files to end investors according to individual investor requirements
• Ensure post-closing review files are delivered in a timely and accurate manner
• Ensure remittance of MIP and VA Funding Fees are delivered in the required timeframe
• Prepare MIP and VA Funding Fee advices and wires, ensuring deliver and receipt by Government agency
• Obtain and deliver all MIC certifications to appropriate Investor
• Request and review funding requirements and purchase reconciliations from Bank and/or investors
• Maintain Reverse Loan and Investor Delivery log
• Document QC review (Minimum 2) of all investor paid premiums and accuracy of calculation
• Ensure timely deposit of all investor paid premiums per policy and procedures
• Complete Pre-Closing checklist to insure compliance with all regulatory and investor guidelines
• Deliver monthly QC files to external auditor TENA
• Address and cure all QC findings with TENA
• Track and maintain all internal QC request/status spreadsheets
• Maintain and clear all investor deficiency requirements
• Maintain and clear internal monitoring findings
• Convey internal monitoring findings to appropriate management
• Prepare closing documents and assist shipping as volume dictates
• Participate in all required training sessions to increase knowledge and ensure compliance
• Maintain adequate control of files to ensure compliance with all consumer protection statutes/ regulations in a defined area of responsibility
• Implement Bank directed policy and any changes relating to regulatory amendments
• Provide outstanding customer service and display a positive attitude at all times
• Offer recommendations to streamline and improve processes for the benefit of the customer and the Bank
• Obtain “satisfactory” ratings on all compliance/ audit reviews
• Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements
• High School diploma or GED required
• College degree preferred
• 3 years mortgage investor delivery experience required
• 3 years post closing experience required
• 3 years HUD/VA Investor delivery experience required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively with diverse groups and individuals
• Initiative and ability to create relationships of trust with customers, investors and Bank personnel
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent organizational and data gathering skills
• Excellent telephone skills/ etiquette
• Position may require the need to travel to other branch or meeting locations.
