Job TitleClient Technical Support Representative
What does a great Client Technical Support Representative do
• As a Client Technical Support Representative, you will provide clients with technical support via the phone for specific product lines and integration. This includes online banking, mobile banking, image view, electronic statements, bill pay, quality assurance, documentation review, and assisting with client software installation.
As a Client Technical Support Representative, you can look forward to:
• Hands-on training with various Fiserv applications
• Developing excellent customer service skills
• Taking client calls to determine resolutions to reported issues via research
• Training clients on the features and operation of software applications enabling them to successfully use the product and achieve their business objectives
• Testing changes to existing software and assure existing features continue to work as required and changes work as expected
• Reviewing documentation and writing Client Bulletins to announce fixes
• Building and maintaining high-level client satisfaction that is measured via an annual survey
You’re the kind of person who:
• Works well within a team and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoys working with clients at various levels of the organization helping them solve technical problems and issues
• Can adapt quickly and learn new technical information quickly
Basic qualifications for consideration:
• Associates degree in Computer Science/Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a customer service role
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work in our Lincoln, NE office
• Ability to work Monday – Friday 8AM to 5PM with rotating shifts (7AM-4PM, 9AM-6PM & 11AM-8PM) On-Call hours are also required.
Preferred qualifications for consideration:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Business Administration or related field
• Experience working with eService applications or in the financial services industry
• Experience trouble shooting computer applications
