The National Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading and directing the Talent Acquisition function.
Responsibilities:
Serve as Talent Acquisition Leader with the responsibilities below and manage 12 Talent Acquisition Representatives (Escalations, work load distribution, backup)
• Develop, refine, and validate the firm’s recruiting strategy for the entire organization. Includes action planning different hiring practices based on projections from workforce planning process. Identifying technical and non-technical sourcing methods (for example, social sourcing, agencies, etc.)
• Oversee the Talent Acquisition Strategy and Program Design for both Campus and Experienced Hires
• Oversee Talent Acquisition Communication Strategy and Program Development
• Oversee Assessment Tool, Strategy and Design
• Oversee Candidate Diversity Outreach Program Strategy & Design
• Oversee Talent Acquisition Vendor Management and Contracts
• Oversee Internal HR Department Hiring
• Talent Acquisition Consulting to firm leaders and HRBPs
• Oversee the design and development of Talent Acquisition policies and procedures
• Build and maintain a strong Talent Acquisition team through effective team building and collaboration
• Connect regularly with HR Directors/HRBPs to ensure that their Talent Acquisition requirements are being fulfilled
• Connect regularly with Total Rewards Leader to ensure that Talent Acquisition strategy is in line with the Firm’s Employee Value Proposition
• Connect regularly with Talent Management & Learning Leader to ensure that all programs are understood and communicated to TA COE team members in order to attract the best and brightest candidates
• Connect regularly with HR Operations leader and Talent Acquisition Operations Leader to ensure that Talent Acquisition COE policies and procedures are being operationalized efficiently
Required qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or business related field
• Minimum 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience in partnering with a business leader as senior HR practitioner
• In depth knowledge of all Federal, State, and Local employment laws
• Extensive understanding of Human Resources strategic issues and challenges
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and build, establish and maintain trust and credibility
• Ability to travel to multiple office locations
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems
• Experience leading a talent acquisition team
Preferred qualifications:
• Master's degree in HR, Organizational Design or an MBA
• HRCI SPHR or SHRM-SCP designation
• HR experience in professional services industry
• UltiPro, WCN, Cornerstone, and RedCarpet systems experience
