Job Description

Position Title: Model Development Officer II
Position Duties:
• Independently perform large data analytics and develop credit risk rating models for the bank's retail segments;
• Develop models according to CECL, CCAR, BASEL and SR 11-7 regulatory guidelines and requirements;
• Present complex quantitative insights in a clear and concise manner to multiple product teams and senior management; and
• Defend model development framework to the model validation team, internal audit and the Federal Reserve in the assessment and mitigation of model risk.
Qualifications
Master's Degree or foreign equivalent degree in Statistics, Econometrics or a closely related field plus 5 years'
experience in large data set analytics and predictive model development, as applied to the financial services
industry. In the alternative, a PhD Degree or foreign equivalent in Statistics, Econometrics or a closely related field
plus 3 years of experience in large data set analytics and predictive model development, as applied to the financial
services industry. Proficiency in SAS macros required. Credit and Retail banking experience required.
