Business Banking RM II
Job Purpose:
Provides a full range of banking services to companies with annual sales of up to $20 million, with emphasis on client contact, sales, and service. Manages the basic to moderately complex accounts.
Duties & Responsibilities:
25% Maintains productive, long-term relationships with clients and centers of influence. Is seen by clients as a key business partner in pursuing common business objectives. Uses active listening skills and probing techniques to surface opportunities to influence. Develops and nurtures personal relationships with key customer decision makers
25% Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of customer's business from top to bottom. Emphasizes different product features to different customers as appropriate to their needs. Considers all variables of potential alternatives in creating appropriate solutions for customers. Develops presentations and proposals that reflect customers' goals and strategies. Documents customer account records and associated profile and financial information. Investigates and studies the customer's business for insights into current initiatives and goals.
25% Locates and researches potential new clients. Develops new business relationships through calling on targeted potential clients. Uncovers prospect's needs for commercial products and services and recommends solutions. Identifies the critical goals and tasks required to meet objectives.
25% Works to achieve win-win in negotiations, rather than taking a win-lose approach. Is able to explain the rationale for pricing decisions. Anticipates questions or objections and formulates responses in advance. Demonstrates expertise with all aspects of the sales cycle, from inception to closing. Crafts unique proposals to meet the complex needs of clients.

Requirements
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) Required; Master's Degree Preferred.
Experience: 0-2 years required; 2-4 years preferred
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Training/Systems
Accurate typing, spelling and grammar skills. Proficient with applicable computer software. Good written and oral communication skills. Good organizational and customer service skills. Lending and/or sales experience beneficial.
