Discover is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for our Center in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will be customer service oriented and can work both independently and in a team environment. Previous experience supporting a recruitment function is ideal but not required. Candidates must have computer proficiency, be organized and highly motivated.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
• Develop offer letters and offer packages and distribute to candidates who have accepted the offer for employment
• Facilitate the background screening process, inclusive of new hire paper work and facilitating New Employee Orientation
• Assist with New Employee Orientation by greeting new employees, collecting and reviewing the appropriate documentation
• Liaison between TA and other functions of HR
• Respond to inquiries from managers and employees relating to on-boarding activities and program administration.
• Organize and maintain files, records, exceptional record keeping and documentation.
• Ensure accurate information is entered into the ATS to promote data integrity and maintain all related data.
• Develop and run reports as needed.
• Compose and edit documents and reports, often of a confidential nature.
• Prepare presentation and communication material.
• Gather and assemble related material as required. Summarize information and data from various sources as appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned
• Promote a risk-aware culture, ensure efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to required standards and processes.

Skills:
Skills Required:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professional conduct while working with tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and effective organizational skills
• Considerable coordination and organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Customer service oriented outlook
• The ability to interact with all levels of management, HR professionals, and other members of the organization.
• Ability to search and retrieve information from the internet/intranet.
• Considerable knowledge in Microsoft Office
Skills Desired:
• Project coordination experience
• Minimum one year of Human Resources experience, in a recruitment function, is desired.
