This position will provide critical leadership and direction in driving the strategy of the Security Systems program. The Project Manager will oversee systems projects across the region. Key functions will include selecting and overseeing vendors performance; design and develop world class systems programs to drive and support security operations; ensure continuous improvement activities; ensure security systems are in compliance; and develop/provide reports and metrics to leadership. The Project Manager will serve on cross functional teams and is considered one of the Subject Matter Experts in all facets of Physical Security.Key Responsibilities:
◦ Overall responsibility for Security Systems programs for the Region.
◦ Lead Regional systems projects to successful completion by providing clear requirements; well-defined goals and objectives; and coordinating with all stakeholders to deliver project on-time and within budget.
◦ Develop and maintain a suite of Security Integrators, administer contracts and managing all aspects of performance. Review and approves invoice for vendor personnel.
◦ Research, analyze and test variety of systems to continuously optimize security operations.
◦ Ensures compliance with final test and acceptance of Security Systems.
◦ Develop procedures; implement performance requirements for developed procedures; develop metrics for operational effectiveness; and implement optimization strategy.
◦ Conducts Security & Equipment Process Reviews to ensure compliance with Enterprise Security Systems Standards.
◦ Develop and maintain inventory and refresh schedules for all systems and equipment.
◦ Proactively researches, designs, develops, and implements solutions for systems, upgrades, repairs and change outs.
◦ Develops and deploys training programs for all users of the physical security systems and ensure Regional Security Staff are adequately trained and demonstrate competency.
◦ Discover promotes a risk-aware culture and ensures efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to required standards and processes.
Skills:
◦ Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice, Engineering or Business-related field and minimum three years of experience working with Security Technologies and Systems or equivalent experience.
◦ 4 years of security systems and security operations may be considered.
◦ Experience on complex projects; Demonstrated process improvement expertise a plus.
◦ Excellent computer skills, communications skills and attention to detail.
◦ Or equivalent years of experience – 10 years, minimum 3 years which involve security tech or systems and 5 of which involve working with security ops or systems
◦ CPP or PSP Certification
◦ 7 years of experience in Security Technologies and Systems.
◦ Demonstrated knowledge of the following systems:
◦ Software House CCure 9000 Access Control System
◦ Genetec Security Center Video Management System
◦ EasyLobby Visitor Management System
