Description
This position leads the team responsible for customer contact strategies and in support of direct marketing initiatives for BMO Harris NA. This is accomplished through audience analysis, identification, and selection for direct marketing to customers and prospects. This role is responsible for all marketing, compliance and legal notifications that leave the organization. The role is also responsible for all marketing execution from list development to multichannel delivery to measurement.
Key Accountabilities
Business Delivery and Operational Effectiveness (40%)
• Develop strategies for audience identification and selection for direct marketing initiatives
• Responsible for the execution of audience selection (Campaign Management) and analysis of (Campaign Performance Reporting) direct marketing campaigns
• Design test methodologies to acquire knowledge and improve customer acquisition and cross sell
• Direct analysis of direct marketing campaigns and reporting on performance and ROMI
• Integrate indirect/off-line marketing results to provide a 360 view of each campaign
Managerial Leadership (30%)
• Leading, managing and developing employees who must possess specific technical and business skills pertaining to relational databases and SQL programming, in support of marketing initiatives.
Change and Innovation (20%)
• Improve operational effectiveness of teams by identifying improved methods and workflows
• Implement process improvement initiatives
• Champion state-of-the-art marketing techniques to further improve efficiency
Risk Management and Control (10%)
• Safeguard customer information by assuring team is cognizant of, and monitor to assure adherence to, privacy policies and information security procedures
