Basic Purpose:
Provides ongoing support to the Client Administration, Client Service, Relationship Management and Consultant Relations functions. Performs routine operational and administrative activities and has primary responsibility for certain aspects of client reporting, mass production of communications via CRM tool, annual mailings and some consultant relations support.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Serves as a technical resource to the Client Administration team and broader team, utilizing available resources and a demonstrated ability to handle both standard and non-standard situations through the application of systems and product knowledge.
• Responsible for mutual fund reporting as well as other assigned client reporting functions; including distribution of reports, data reconciliation and all audit requests.
• Performs CRM System (Satuit) maintenance and updating with primary responsibility for mail merges, broad email and letter communications and campaigns, management reporting as well as contact and distribution list maintenance. Assists with data population as new functionality is introduced.
• Helps maintain the reporting requirements of our clients in our third party (outsourced) accounting and performance platforms (i.e. Mellon Workbench). Assists in managing the team’s master list of available reports and monthly and quarterly reporting process.
• Assists with the preparation of client review material – with a focus on updating standard templates with data and overall quality control of all materials
• Supports the workflow, production and enhancements to regular client reporting, client review materials and ad-hoc material requests, working with other members of
• the broader team as necessary.
• Participates in broader institutional projects as needed.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of financial services experience
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, FactSet and Satuit a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Works well within a team environment.
