The Enterprise Collaboration team manages First Republic's social intranet. The platform, named Collaborate, is an ecosystem of applications intended to facilitate company-wide communication, drive colleague collaboration and support day-to-day business operations.
We are looking for a Content Manager who will be responsible for ensuring that the content residing on the social intranet is well-structured, easy to find and of the highest quality and accuracy. This individual will work alongside the site’s content producers to determine the type, quality and quantity of content needed to achieve their communication goals.
Additionally, this role will source key insights and intelligence from the business units to drive new requirements for future product releases.
Lastly, the content manager will be responsible for monitoring and reporting website traffic to understand platform adoption, user behavior trends and content performance. Key performance indicators will be reported back to executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities
• Meet with business unit content owners to determine the type, quality and quantity of content needed for the website. Craft content strategy that meets both communication objectives of the business unit while maintaining consistency with the website design language and broader brand standards.
• Produce site content in coordination with the business units and execute training efforts to ensure content owners can manage independently. Will be required to write and edit web copy; source, commission and edit images; and update HTML, CSS and Javascript.
• Conduct content audits to identify gaps and redundancies in the site content.
• Manage the content life-cycle from creation to archival in coordination with content owners.
• Monitor the social intranet's site statistics to understand adoption, user behavior trends and content performance. Will be expected to provide reporting to executive stakeholders.
• Participate in the release process which includes functional and regression testing.
• Perform duties & responsibilities specific to department functions & activities.
• Performs other duties & responsibilities as required or assigned by supervisor.
• Responsibilities include the following: 1) adhering to and complying with all applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, etc.), 2) adhering to Bank policies and procedures, 3) completing required training, 4) identifying and reporting potential suspicious activity to the BSA/AML Officer, and 5) knowing and verifying the identity of any customer(s) that enters into a relationship with the Bank.

Qualifications
Key Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
• Knowledge of content management systems, enterprise social network and other collaboration technologies.
• Skilled in content strategy with strong writing skills.
• Front end web development skills (e.g. HTML/CSS/Javascript) required.
• Knowledge of web design disciplines and industry trends.
• Must have excellent communication skills and be able to lead effective meetings and provide presentations when needed. Formal public speaking/communication training preferred.
• Must be proficient using word processor (e.g. Word), spreadsheet (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, Smartsheet), presentation (e.g. Power-Point, Prezi, Keynote) and project management software (MS Project, Smartsheets, Jira).
• Analytical thinker with data analysis skills and proficiency in using web analytics and data visualization software (e.g. Google/Adobe analytics, Splunk, Tableau, Power BI).
• Must be knowledgeable of design software (e.g. InVision, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch).
• Ability to work under pressure in high stress situations with a calm demeanor
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends in support of product releases and communication campaigns.

Mental/Physical Requirements:
