The Expertise We’re Looking For
• 10 plus years of progressive experience in broad-based financial and compensation analysis (compensation strategy, design, and administration preferred)
• Experience serving as a strategic consultant to senior executives with a specialized focus on compensation and analytics
• Experience developing key metrics, measures, and analytics
The Purpose of Your Role
Fidelity’s compensation programs directly impact all associates and are a considerable investment from the company. In this role, you will help to ensure we have the right programs in place, recommend and justify new programs and communicate the results and impact of the programs. As a member of Fidelity’s broader compensation community, you will work with – and learn from – the best people in the industry as you help to drive and support our compensation philosophy and programs.
You will also bring passion and capability to developing new workforce analytics, approaches and insights to help our HR and business leaders prioritize and invest in the most critical priorities for focus and change.

• You have demonstrated analytical capability with knowledge of statistics and predictive analytics
• You are a strong collaborator that can partner across business teams, regardless of organizational and geographical boundaries
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and business audiences
• You have the ability to build strong relationships
• You can manage via influence
• You are a strategic thinker with the ability to be creative as well as execute
• You have experience with data visualization and tools such as Tableau
The Value You Deliver
• Partnering with HR and business leaders to develop and execute compensation strategies and relevant, integrated and simple compensation programs
• Ensuring compensation programs attract, engage and retain talent
• Leveraging the Fidelity enterprise and best practices to enhance compensation plans and workforce analytics
• Overall responsibility for end to end compensation activities such as annual compensation cycle and executive offers
• Establishing more predictive compensation and workforce analytics
• Creating more interactive data visualizations for senior leaders to enable better insights and decisions
