Product Analyst, Sr
What does a Product Analyst, SR do? The Product Manager/Analyst role reports within the Product organization with responsibility for a core set of digital productions. It is an important role to help drive the features and functionality required to execute against strategic product initiatives and achieve business goals. This role requires collaboration with an agile core product team and alignment with the product line owner and strategist. Join us!
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• You will author and prioritize business requirements to satisfy product initiatives.Collaborate with the product team to mature backlog of features and functions focusing on profitability of the product.
• You will work on the definition of acceptance criteria, user requirements and ownership to accept and reject software
• Lead product direction and requirements based on market research, customer feedback and development capacity
• Collaborate with business and operational teams to deploy capabilities into market.
• You will need to possess an ability to work effectively, independently, and within a team oriented environment using sound judgment and data to drive decision-making.
BASIC QUALIFICATION FOR CONSIDERATION:
• 8 or more years’ experience in card processing or payments industry or strong experience being a Product Manager in an Agile software development organization
• Posses a background knowledge in online banking and mobile applications and application protocol interfaces (API) that will enable functionality to service debit and credit card programs.
• Detail oriented and ability to translate requirements effectively into executed deliverables.
• Have strong critical thinking and problem solving skills as well as excellent organization skills
• Leadership and team-building capabilities and thorough experience in the product management, specific experience operating within an Agile methodology.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:
• Proficient in presentation, facilitation, communication, and negotiation
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
