Summary
Amy Whitlach and Mark Valinote, an established financial services team of Thrivent Financial, are looking to add to their team with a Marketing & Administrative Assistant in their Stuart, FL location (30-35 hours weekly). Position Qualifications
• You will be the first point of contact for members/clients in-person and phone
◦ Greet clients/members as they arrive for appointments
◦ Friendly, personable demeanor
• Coordination and Marketing of client events, workshops, seminars, Action Team and other volunteer opportunities.
• Strong technical computer aptitude and knowledge of business tools (e.g., MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and data-base Salesforce (will train)
• You will quickly understand the client service model (processes, next steps, follow-up) and can help to streamline and create efficiencies.
◦ Assist team in the preparation and follow up for the member/customer meetings
◦ Completion of member service forms, documentation of actions taken and follow-through for processing, faxing and scanning documents to home office, etc.,
• Ability to maintain integrity of sensitive/confidential information
◦ Handling and properly documenting sensitive communications with client/members, and respond in an effective and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
