We are currently looking for an intern on our Recruiting Team in our Human Resources department located in downtown Cincinnati. This position will be exposed to recruiting along with other HR functions and requires working with highly sensitive and confidential information.
This position will be part-time during the fall semester.
Responsibilities
• Support the Recruiting Team
• Assist with campus recruiting efforts
• Operate in the iCims HR recruiting System
• Coordinate the interview process for internal and external candidates
• Review resumes and conducting phone screens with candidates for entry level positions
• Process seasonal employees
• Create and maintaining Microsoft Excel reports
• Handle special projects as needed
Qualifications
• Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree (Human Resources, Psychology, or Communications are preferred majors).
• Applicants must be able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills are required and must have a minimum GPA of 3.0.
