Senior Specialist – RPPS (Remote Payment and Presentment Service) Product Management
Role:
• Manage and review biller parameter requests which are submitted by customers within the RPPS Biller Directory including resolution of issues with RPPS customers when necessary
• Coordinate complex biller changes directly with customers, including suggestions to optimize RPPS biller profiles based on RPPS product and Bill Payment market expertise
• Collaborate with Global Customer Care teams (including CCM and GCS) to implement biller requests in the RPPS Biller Directory
• Identify complex biller requests which require collaboration with Customer Implementation team (CIS)
• Proactively analyze biller work request trends and suggest changes in process and partnerships to optimize and enhance RPPS biller Directory customer experience
• Proactively monitor RPPS biller directory data quality and suggest/implement parameter changes which optimize RPPS biller profiles
• Create external customer communications related to biller adds/updates/deactivations as necessary
All About You:
• Knowledge of RPPS product as well as understanding of US Bill Payment market
• Experience with workflow management systems
• Experience with data analytics
• Success in implementing business and process improvements
• Ability to create and implement customer training for RPPS Biller Directory
